Saw these murals in AC:DC Lane in Melbourne CBD last weekend. These are some unmistakable art of John Murray (@mortmurray). who is a street artist from Lightning Ridge about 800kms inland from Byron Bay in Australia.

I was there last month, haven’t done my photos yet, but I love the emus, they are all over the city.
Love these, especially the first one. The artist’s name has dragged up a memory from many years ago when I was receptionist at a pharmaceutical company, the electrician’s name was Morton (Mort) Murray.
These are great fun, especially Elvis the Emu 😀
