Three New Banksy murals in London

Note: These first two murals were taken from articles that I saw online.

On 5th of August, a new Banksy Streetart appeared in Kew Green London. It is a goat perched on top of a thin wall, with rocks tumbling down.

Banksy has unveiled a second new artwork in south-west London, this time depicting two elephants poking their heads out of blocked out windows. The artwork has been painted on the side of a house in Edith Terrace in Chelsea.

A third animal-inspired Banksy has appeared in London in the space of a few days. I am linking this to Mama Cormier’s Thursday Trios

My son was in the area of Brick Lane and he happened to pass by this third of a series from Banksy. The piece shows three monkeys swinging on the bridge over Brick Lane. It was confirmed through a post on Banksy’s Instagram account on August 7.

There is even a fourth one now. Maybe I should wait until Banksy has finished all his works before posting.

        But you’ll never know ….

Thank you Teresa for sharing these works by Banksy. I was in London in May visiting our son and his family and we did explore Brick Lane on one of our outings. I didn’t see any of Banksy are but we did come across a Stik painting.

This was one that I saw when I went there last November. https://wanderingteresa.com/tuesday-streetart-banksy-in-london-31/

But these ones that I featured were all just from August 2024.

We had one on our street. The guy who owned the flats above it had no idea what it was and painted over it lol

Oh that’s a shame. Whereabouts are you from?
