One Saturday morning in Kallista

on

I never take Melbourne’s weather for granted. It can change in an instant, so when I caught a glimpse of sunshine, I didn’t waste the opportunity. I asked Jack and two of our friends if they felt like heading up to the mountains for a leisurely stroll and lunch.

We decided on Kallista in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, and it turned out to be the perfect escape. The fresh mountain air, towering trees, and peaceful surroundings were a welcome change from the city. Sometimes, the best plans are the spontaneous ones—made simply because the sun decided to make an appearance.

We might have that in Germany but only in April. April is famous for it.
