We had just arrived in Christchurch, hadn’t even made it to the hotel yet, when I saw this food truck on the side of the road. I got so excited, I had to hop out of the car and snap a photo. But what I remember most wasn’t the truck—it was the amazing smell of the meat grilling. So good.
