Lisbon, 2023 — A Little Memory I Almost Forgot

on

Lisbon in 2023 was a very special trip for me. It was my first time there, and I was lucky enough to experience it with my son, Tim, and Leigh.

I remember the hills of Lisbon very well… perhaps a little too well! 😂 I was already completely exhausted from all the walking, so at one point Tim said that he and Leigh would leave us to rest for a while and go for a walk.

They came back a little later, and somehow, these photos ended up in my album. And then I forgot all about them.

I’ve only just come across them now, three years later.

Looking at them brought back wonderful memories… the beautiful streets of Lisbon, the hills, the tiredness, and most of all, the feeling of being there with Tim and Leigh.

I’m so glad Tim took these photos though…

Great photo finds and recollection is one of the joys of travel (anticipation, execution and recollection). The first mural is incredible. Thank you for your PPAC contribution.
