We arrived an hour early for our lunch reservation and decided to stop by this cafe for coffee in the meantime. We were pleasantly surprised by what we found.
This is the front window of Old Man Drew Cafe.

Inside was not short of lovely displays.

And what do you think of the Ladies’ toilet?

Old Man Drew is a unique creation by the Drew family, designed to bring new life to their father’s former truck wrecking yard. Now operating as a café and food merchant, Old Man Drew blends history with charm.

The café exudes a touch of whimsy, with garden features that include vibrant umbrellas and a charming display of lampshades. These were hanging from a window dome, creating a playful and inviting atmosphere.

There were additional outdoor areas, but I couldn’t take photos as they were busy with people enjoying their meals.

Yay for Christmas decors

I am sure we will go back to this lovely place one of these days.
What a fabulous place, Teresa! Love the owl and those lampshades and brollies. You could easily spend an hour, just looking. And take home one of those strawberry tarts, since you were on your way to lunch. Have a happy week!
I know…I fell in love, the moment I saw it. Thanks Jo.
What a charming place! Defiitely worth a return visit.
It is an hour’s drive but is near my daughter so hopefully.

Isn’t it obvious that I so love it too, with the many photos I took? Haha Thanks Mama ❤️
