We don’t get many perfect days in Melbourne lately, but today felt like a little gift. ☀️
So I took it as a sign for a slow walk in the park… and stumbled upon these blooms.
It is Autumn here and not a lot of flowers around in Wilson Botanic Park Berwick. But every now and then, nature surprises you with something bright, bold, and beautifully unexpected.

It’s a canna lily. They are very easy to grow here in Melbourne and put on a beautiful show.
