Last Saturday was my hubby’s birthday weekend so we celebrated it with his two sisters and brother in law and a friend. And as per usual I am posting this as response for a mix of challenges.
A lovely visit to Stamford Park Homestead, where history, beautiful gardens, and great food come together. Built in 1882, this beautifully restored Victorian homestead offers a glimpse into Knox’s past.

We started our visit with a relaxing meal at the charming restaurant where I had this wonderful tasting dish.

After lunch all six of us went for a perfect stroll on the peaceful gardens.

There are benches and also some outdoor seating which may be popular during the warmer months.

I saw flowers scattered around… Primula malacoides ‘White’, also known as Fairy Primrose, is a lovely plant with clusters of pure white flowers on tall, slender stems above soft green leaves. It flowers beautifully in the cooler months and adds a delicate touch to any garden.

And this is the wide front gate of the Homestead.

A nice way to celebrate, Teresa xx
One of many celebrations. Too tiring and fattening.
How lovely Teresa ❤️
