These are countryside sceneries from the car window on our way to Edinburgh from York. It is just so lovely to have spent this time with my son even just for a few days. Glad he agreed to be our driver for this road trip.

Everything is so bright and beautiful. Love the colors in your photos.
Yesterday was all rain but luckily today was such a great day.
Lovely countryside. “Drive-by shooting” can be very rewarding as your delightful photos show.
Great photos! Beautiful blue skies.
The art is a piece called the Angel of the North and was constructed to celebrate the millennium. Iconic.
Have fun in Edinburgh Teresa 😊
Howdy Techie?

Home now Wi. And yes, we did have fun although so tiring.
That public art is Anthony Gormley’s Angel of the North, welcoming people to Gateshead and Newcastle. A special sight for us as we drive to Newcastle so often.
Great scenes Teresa, and the sky is blue!
Yes lovely blue skies. Very grateful for that.
