“Amsterdam was a great surprise to me. I had always thought of Venice as the city of canals; it had never entered my mind that I should find similar conditions in a Dutch town.” – James Weldon Johnson

Hubby and I had our first European trip in 2016. So many photos… but so many images too that are just stuck in my hard drive because they weren’t good enough. These are images that were taken while in transit… some blurry… some may be skewed … or even some with a “photo bomber”.
This is my own personal series of photos that didn’t quite make the cut…but hopefully you will enjoy the wacky side to it!

The tourist bus arriving in the bike capital of the world, Amsterdam!
And upon leaving the country …
The tour director said: “On your left is an original windmill …”
And before I could reach out for my camera…
Me: “oh shucks, too late…” π€£π€£π€£ π³
oh i know the feeling. one of the many things we missed the most – travelling. thanks for sharing, T. π
It is the sitting on the bus that is so tiring but so many memorable sceneries on the other side of the window!
You made me laugh. On the less, Amsterdam is wonderful and vibrant. We loved our several days there.
Yes, the country is awesome!
I wonder how many photos I have just missed over the years?! Thanks for the smile of familiarity π
That is what I thought of when looking at my photo library.
Actually even Manila is the city of canals…. maraming mga kanal
Bumabaha ang canal! do you understand what I just said? Haha
Haha
Your post refreshed my travel memories
It is a good feeling when you get to think of them, right?
absolutely. It is good to revisit your experiences especially the happy ones!
Well, travelling is always a happy experience … that is from my point of view tho.
This is universal, Teresa…:)
Glad that I was able to do that!
