Trees over the Yarra River

“Trees give peace to the souls of men.” – Nora Waln

This is the Yarra River which separates the Yarra Bend Park in Fairfield, Victoria. Branches of trees hanging low over the people having a nice time rowing the boats which are for hire.
(the Yarra River is one of Victoria’s iconic waterways.)

This is for BeckyB’s #TreeSquare and for Jez’s Water Water Everywhere

I guess it would have been…but I didn’t do it,I just sat by the banks. Even that, was quite fun and relaxing. Thanks Becky.

  2. I imagine it’s nice & cool there 👏 I wonder if squirrels & other critters use the branches to cross the river; I like to think so 😃

I should think so too. But I don’t know about squirrels…we don’t see much of them here.
