This is in Osaka’s nostalgic Shinsekai district where there are rows of small shopfronts. Many open into modest eateries selling Osaka favourites, souvenirs, and affordable meals, giving the street its lively, old-fashioned charm.

I am linking this to Dan’s Thursday Doors Challenge.

It’s a very distinctive style, isn’t it? xx
There are so many with this smiling man, but I haven’t researched about it yet. Maybe I will soon.
I like the one with the hanging baskets 😊
Haha I had to look several times, but which one is that?
Haha not a hanging basket after all but a plant that looks like it’s hanging but zooming in its attached to the plant in the pot 🥹
Oh ok, haha.
Very picturesque!
Such a different place isn’t it.
Some lovely doors. A curious mix of gaudy urban and traditional.
Yup there are all kinds. Loved walking the streets of Japan.
I love how lively and colorful these shops are.
I know! It was such a joy to walk around. Hope you feel better Dan.
