Murals on Doors on an Alleyway

“In the universe, there are things that are known, and things that are unknown, and in between there are DOORS.” – unknown

I am back to what I love doing … it is walking around the streets of Melbourne and capturing whatever I find interesting.

This week I am featuring Murals on Doors in one of the Alleyways of Fitzroy, a suburb of Melbourne.

These are fun. I like how the first one seems to incorporate the ivy. I’m not sure if that was the plan, but it’s a lovely effect. I think my favorite is the ladybug. Thanks for taking us along on your walk.

    1. Teresa says:

Yes that is one corner building and the ivy goes on the front and side of it. My bad, I wasn’t able to take a shot of the whole corner as my husband was already in the car rushing me. 😳 happy that you liked it Dan.

I just saw the colour of that at the end of a long alleyway and I told my husband to just stay in the car and I won’t be long. But who knows how long I was there for haha Thanks for commenting Amy.

Eye-catching murals, Teresa. I like the colours in the first photo and the ladybug photo where there is a window with iron work. #ThursdayDoors

Great mural images Teresa! We have many murals in Sacramento created through our yearly Wide Open Walls festival.

    1. Teresa says:

Wow, that would be great to see.

      1. Anne Sandler says:

This is my latest post on the walls. Not the best but with COVID it was difficult. https://annegeephoto.com/2020/10/07/on-a-hunting-trip-wide-open-walls/

        1. Teresa says:

          Thanks for sharing!

  16. I love how the ivy and other plants are taking over — or at least framing — the murals. Nice touches and great photos!

    1. Teresa says:

Thanks a lot for stopping by. The colour of the ivy blends well with the mural doesn’t it?
