On the corner of Victoria Street and Curzon Street sits Our Community House, a building with simple rectangular windows on both sides. At its very centre is a striking work by Melbourne-based artist Baby Guerrilla: a floating woman, gently suspended in space, holding what appears to be a heart-shaped balloon.
