I’m a part of the Melbourne Urban Sketchers group, though I don’t regularly attend as their sessions are usually on Sundays, and Jack prefers to rest on that day. Additionally, I’m an active member of Urban Sketchers Casey, a more intimate group that meets every second Friday of the month, and I make an effort not to miss these sessions.
Urban Sketchers is a global community of artists that practice drawing on location in cities, towns and villages they live in or travel to. The Urban Sketchers movement was started on Flickr in 2007 by journalist Gabriel Campanario.– Wikipedia

They are a great group and it’s a chance to find those nooks and crannies of the city. I can’t always make the Melbourne one but we now have a fledgling Coastal Sketchers group on the Peninsula.
Oh that is nice. And wonderful scenery to sketch in that location 👍
