Floral Friday – 30

This is the Etlingera Elatior, also known as Torch Ginger. Saw these on the lawn found in Villa Escudero, a historical plantation resort nestled in the scenic countryside of Quezon province in the Philippines.

These two flowers don’t look alike but when I Google searched, it came up with the same name.

This is for Floral Friday Challenge and for Cee’s FOTD.

    Both are interesting and lovely.

Thanks Pepper. Not even 100% sure if they’re one and the same species. But hopefully I am correct hehe

The first one looks a bit bedraggled but I like the colour and shape of the second one.

Haha the first one got my interest because it looked unique. Thanks Eunice.
