TOPSK has been creating murals and art across Tasmania for over 20 years, earning a reputation as a pioneer of local graffiti and street art. He is a local Hobart artist and was commissioned by the Antarctic and Southern Ocean Coalition, to paint the Southern Ocean Mural.
On the opposite wall is a Bees mural by the same artist.

Love the penguins and hate the idiot who thought he had to tag somebody else’s work.
It is inside an alleyway so that is expected. But I also don’t like it when that happens.
