This week’s Monochrome Madness Challenge doesn’t have a specific theme, so I decided to follow Leanne’s lead and showcase some flowers in monochrome. I captured these photos at Cloudehill Nursery in Olinda, a charming town in the Dandenong Ranges.
I am linking this to Leanne’s Monochrome Madness and for Cee’s Flower of the Day Challenge
Brilliant use of slider Teresa. Both ways look so good
Thanks Brian. At first I was just experimenting, but then I thought that it looked good, if I should say so myself haha
Don’t hurt your arm patting yourself on the back 😂😂
👍
lovely photos in colors and monochrome
Thanks Ritva ❤️
I’m almost always going to like colours best for flowers, Teresa.
Yes me too, but this girl has to try.
You do!
Clever use of the image compare feature, it’s always interesting to see both versions 🙂 I can’t decide which I prefer in each case!
Thanks Sarah. Sometimes it is a hard choice.
Beautiful flowers 😀
Thanks Cee ❤️
I’ve never heard of that place, I might have to check it out one day. I like how you have done this post Teresa, the flowers look great.
Thanks so much Leanne. Cloudehill is just a small place that is why maybe you haven’t heard of it.
I prefer flowers in colour, although I do think the Alstroemeria looks great in monochrome
Sometimes I get lucky with the light and shade, but usually it is the colour that makes it stand out. Thanks Ali.
