Wide World

“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.“ – Hellen Keller

Don’t you love it when you see the horizon in its entirety … when it is only the wind between you and the mountains, the sea and the sky.

In the Scottish Highlands. Maybe I have posted this a few times already but this is such an amazing view and an unforgettable feeling.

I have to capture this before the “Twelve Apostles” become less and less.

  14. They’re all lovely, Teresa! I hope to see the Twelve Apostles before they disappear.

    1. Teresa says:

Haha you better go fast. Ooops we’re locked as of now. 🙄

      1. What happened? Why are you locked?

        1. Teresa says:

Oh we are still in lockdown…as usual 😂😂😂 Our cases are continually going up but hopefully more and more will be vaccinated so we can get on with our lives.

          1. There’re only 50+% people who are fully vaccinated in the US. The rest of the folk don’t want to do it. I’m afraid we’ll be in this for a long time when the politicians and civilians are fighting this battle. Sad.

          2. Teresa says:

Yes, that’s what I am thinking. It seems that this situation will last for a very long time. But hopefully not. Be safe Miriam and have a good day. ❤️

Absolutely wonderful choices this week Teresa. You chose one of my favorite vistas – the Three Sisters, which we visited in Australia years ago. Also of course the “12” apostles. Poor things are simply eroding away. Loved them as well. Your images are a testament to the power of shooting wide!

    1. Teresa says:

This challenge made me think of shooting more on wide…because I usually do closeups as you can see on my posts. Thanks Tina.
