Washing Lines in Italy

“My idea of getting lucky is having someone do the laundry.”

Nowhere else can you find washing lines to be as beautiful as those in Italy. It seems to be part of their lifestyle, their architecture, their culture and it is aesthetically pleasing to one’s eyes. It is very common to see the clothesline connected from one house to a neighbour’s.
