Not sure what the actual location is, but I know i’ve seen these little girls pop up in some of the walls in Melbourne CBD. It is by an Australian artist based in Melbourne. – ‘Be Free’.

I have just added this image which I found on my phone while I was scrolling. This was taken on a wall near where my daughter, Pat, lives. It is by the same artist.
