I first discovered Bronik’s work on the streets of Barcelona in 2023 and was immediately captivated by her bold, vibrant style. Since then, I’ve been on the lookout for her murals closer to home—I’ve seen several in St Kilda, though I’ve yet to explore Elwood, where many more of her works light up the streets.
This week, she opened an exhibition at Dawn and Mabel’s, running until the end of June. In this show, her large-scale murals are reimagined as smaller, intimate canvases—bringing her signature energy indoors.

I’ve not knpwingly come across Bronik’s work in Barcelona.. I shall keep looking.
There is one in El Born and in Catalunya? Thanks for the comment Margaret.
Ooh, I’ve never noticed any street art in Plaça de Catalunya. Mind you, it’s an area I tend to avoid!
Haha not sure about the Catalunya address. I just know it’s in Barcelona. This one is the one in el Born https://wanderingteresa.com/tuesday-streetart-another-one-by-bronik-26/
Ah thanks! I remember that one!
These are wonderful, her work translates well to this more intimate scale. I especially love the last one in your gallery, with the fractured face 🙂
Thanks for the comment Sarah.
