Today I turn 67!
And guess what — it’s not just my birthday, it’s also my official retirement day! Double the celebration! 🥳
Funny how when I was in high school, I thought my mum in her 40s was already old… and now I look back thinking, “40? That’s just getting started!” 😄 That was the age I was raising kids, buying a house, and starting to travel.
Now at 67, there’s still so much I want to do! I’m so thankful to God for giving me 8 extra years of life since my health scare … and I plan to make every moment count. ❤️
Here’s to endless cups of coffee, lovely country walks with Jack, making new memories with Patricia and Tim, more sketching and painting days and Zumba classes with my co-retirees, and visiting places I’ve never been before.
Retired… but definitely not tired!
