Rome in Monochrome

There’s no set theme for this week’s Monochrome Madness Challenge, so I’ve decided to feature monochrome shots from my travels.

This is Rome… Upon entering its doors, you could already feel its rich history, calm atmosphere, and deep sense of faith.

The Vatican is located inside Rome’s city boundaries and is an independent city-state. It is home to the majestic St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Sistine Chapel.

The Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Ruins and some churches are located in the heart of Rome.
