BRISTOL, UK
As we strolled towards the streets adorned with vibrant street art (that’s what Bristol is known for), we couldn’t help but be captivated by the charming Bristol traditional terraced houses*. Each one boasted colourful double doors that added a unique touch to their character.
*Thanks Sarah for letting me know that these are what they call traditional terraced houses.
A clever and colourful idea for a post.
Very colourful isn’t it. Quite a delight to see.
I love the way people offset the almost identical entrances with very different doors. The photo at the top is my favorite. I love the view looking up those steps.
We have the same thoughts on that first door. Bristol is an amazing stopover for a road trip.
Hurrah! – great theme, great city – what else can I say?
Definitely a good idea to stop by. I love your city Scooj 👍
Lovely to hear it.
Now I must see Bristol. Lovely pairs with interesting differences.
I think you should. I will be posting more soon about Bristol!
Interesting doors but I don’t think these are apartments – they’re traditional terraced houses 🙂
Oh is that what they call them. Will have to alter it now. Thanks.
Apartments are one on top of the other but these are complete houses over several floors. My own front door is right next to our neighbours’, like this 😀
Thanks for that. In here we call it townhouses. So I am not familiar with the term.
Wow, these are amazing photos and doors!
Thanks Brenda, glad you liked my choices of doors.
