“Color is descriptive. Black and white is interpretive.” – Elliot Erwitt
Nothing is more relaxing than having a bit if a rest after a long walk. These Mosaic couch sculpture by artist Guiseppe Roneri can be found in Brunswick Street in Melbourne’s Fitzroy area in Victoria, Australia.
For CBWC : Seating
And another entry for Xingfumama’s Pull Up a Seat Challenge in B&W
It is there not just for decoration but is very functional too … just a bit hard though.
Very good Teresa. We had a walk through Brunswick but don’t think we were in the right place! Where all the wedding dress shops are
Well this is in Brunswick Street in Fitzroy. It is not really in the suburb of Brunswick. Kinda confusing.
We had planned a trip to Fitzroy but did something else instead, next time
My daughter used to live in Fitzroy so we were always there. But now she moved to Northcote. I will miss those street art… there is a different vibe in her new place.
I like the comment but because of the subject I would like to see these seats in colour. They must be quite vivid and I think they lose something being shown n black and white. Just one opinion, of course!
It is for the BnW challenge but I posted it previously in colour.

Oh I so adore your photos for this week. How creative the art or artists were. 😀
It was just one artist… and yes very creative! Thanks Cee!
Those are extraordinary! How inviting to have such unique art forms inviting one to sit down and relax.
Yes, definitely wonderful to see the design.
