“The eyes tell more than words could ever say.” – unknown

Part 2 of the series about the pupil of the eyes. And this is another streetart in Hosier Lane.

Thanks to theartblogger54 I found out more about this mural and the artist behind it. This is Shine of the Moon piece painted in December of 2020 by a Melbourne artist, John Lawry. John was born in Wodonga and has had many successful solo and group exhibitions. Aside from being a street artist he also produces graphic art novels and the latest one is entitled ‘Shine of the Moon, Cataclysm’. The main character is this one that you see here.

What a big commotion that is causing

        1. Teresa says:

I don’t think I will. All the cases from overseas are there in that area. Yes, too much problem but Australia needs it for the economy. Well we’ll see how it goes.

  4. WoW! This must have been a mural to behold! Is she an elf?

    1. Teresa says:

That is what I am focusing on for my series. It is sort of a blank stare, don’t you think?

  6. Iris Empereur says:

Beautiful, very intense. Sad that some idiot… we should ignore this, right?

    1. Teresa says:

Haha don’t over think, even the artist don’t mind I think. In this lane, although only just a week has passed, the artworks have been painted over. Thanks for dropping by!

  9. This is a beautiful mural, and incredibly expressive eyes, but it is too bad someone had to try to destroy it.

    1. Teresa says:

Yes this is a beautiful mural, I agree👍🏼

  10. Jackie says:

Stunning eyes! I am surprised they are having the tennis.

    1. Teresa says:

Yes, we are all surprised and scared too. But they want the economy to survive, I guess. Thanks for commenting Jackie.

  11. Ludwig says:

Forgive me, Teresa. I just deleted your comment over on Monday Window. Why do they put the trashcan next to the star? Don’t they know folks get old and shaky? Thank you for posting. Why are you staring at me so seriously?

    1. Teresa says:

Haha that happened to me too, once or maybe twice or maybe more. Thanks anyway, Ludwig.

  12. Nice art!

    1. Teresa says:

  13. lolaWi says:

i don’t understand why people would ruin some beautiful art! 🙂

    1. Teresa says:

Yes, it depends on the location. This is a street where people are allowed to do that. So I go often to see something new because in no time it will be painted over.
