“Wherever there is light, one can photograph.” – Alfred Stieglitz
These photos were taken a few years ago when Pat was still living with us. We used to do this often …. just taking a walk, having a bit of a laugh and taking photos of whatever pleases us. But time does fly and we don’t do this anymore. I surely miss those times. Luckily I still have these photos stored up in my archives to remind me.
Where is Pat now? She sure looks a happy girl 🙂 🙂
She is… happy and extrovert, opposite of myself. Well, Pat is just around Melbourne, an hour away from our home. The thing is, she doesn’t drive yet because she doesn’t feel that she needs to at the moment. So we just see each other every so often on planned catch ups… when we drive to her place. Thanks for asking Jo. Have a great week ahead!
Our kids moving away is hard! Our son is house hunting at the moment and we’d love to be nearer, but we made our choice 🙁
It is ok if it’s just in the same country. My son is in another continent, so there you go… and there’s even covid… *rolling my eyes
Lovely light in your photos 🙂 And guess what – I have chosen the same Stieglitz for my post, although I’m not quite ready to publish yet!
I gotta see it soon!
OK here it is: https://www.toonsarah-travels.blog/gallery-sofias-st-alexander-nevsky-cathedral/

Wonderful portraits of a time and place and a special person, Teresa. I love the light in your first image and Pat’s smile is wonderful! It is hard to be far away from our kids, isn’t it?
Thanks Patti. Yes, it is hard but such is life. Have a good day, my friend!
You, too!
