This morning, we saw an immersive exhibition outside Bunjil Place in Narre Warren. Created by renowned Australian artist Amanda Parer, LOST features glowing (at night), oversized sculptures of rare and endangered plants from around the world. I am linking this to Becky’s Simply Red and to Johnbo’s Cellpic Sunday.

It is also the last day of Sunday Afternoon Art: Still Life Sketching at the foyer of Bunjil Place. It is not our main choice of art medium but Pat, Jack and I had fun doing pencil and Charcoal painting. Tutor for today was @tsekourasarts

Gorgeous, vibrant colours I the sculptures. And loved your sketches
Thanks a lot. A new medium for all of us and we enjoyed using charcoal but so messy.
Wonderful artwork, Teresa. I’d love to see that “garden” in person.
The material is soft like a puffer jacket.
It’s good you included some people in your photos to show the scale of these vibrant flowers! Your charcoal drawings are excellent 🙂
Thanks a lot Sarah. Yes, it is good to see the scale of it.
What an accomplishing day you had! Lovely sketches. And an interesting exhibition, perfect for Becky’s challenge.
Plus a great lunch at a Thai restaurant haha
Even better.
well these are rather fun, and the sketches are fabulous
Thanks Becky. We had fun!
