Came across this signage on a shopfront while hubby and I took a spontaneous little trip to Mornington, Victoria. It said, “I licked it, so it’s mine.” Was wonderful to have this on a warm-ish day like today.

It is Ube Taro. Ube is a sweet, purple yam and taro is a starchy root vegetable
I have had Ube ice cream which has a lighter color.
