Geometry in Windows

I’ve always loved math and geometry, but I never thought about incorporating those concepts into photography. Thanks to Becky, I now have an entire month dedicated to exploring the art of geometry through my camera lens.

These are windows of cottages in Churchill Island. This place has a long history and I will share it more in a future post.

I am linking this to Becky’s Geometric January and for Monday Window Challenge.

Unlike you, Teresa, I’ve always loathed Maths. So it’s good to reappraise it through artistic eyes too.

Well, I just loved it when I was in school but I don’t know where it got me. I don’t think I was able to use it after that 🤣🤣🤣

Beautiful window frames. Have you been unwell, Teresa, or just on holiday over Christmas? I don’t remember seeing you around.

    1. Teresa says:

Just on a break. My hubby took leave so I did too. It was a good idea.

Your framing on that first window is wonderful!! Getting a glimpse of the inside is interesting. Then, the contrasting light of the outdoors looks like a painting. Simply lovely. 😊
