This week’s challenge is being led by Donna, and the topic is Rock my World.
So welcome to my world of rocks, where each stone tells a story—not of scientific origins, but of cherished memories.
Let me start with my most recent trip to Sydney with my sister, Pilar, my niece, Pam and Jack. We went by ferry from Circular Quay to Watsons Bay, where a well paved walking track took us to the Gap Lookout.
Took a road trip on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria and stopping anywhere where we can see a nice view.
In 2022, hubby and I went on a weekend away to Rye and visited Cape Schanck where we saw different coloured stones, rocks and boulders.
And from my travels … some amazing rock formations that I definitely love.
Montserrat is one place that I found peace amidst the busy touristy surroundings.
Standing in this location with hubby, all by ourselves in the Highland. What a serene feeling.
And last but not the least are the Swiss Alps. No better place to be at peace with nature.
SO TRUE! Each stone tells a story! So many to love from your travels, Teresa. I like your agenda, stop anywhere you see a nice view. lol I especially loved the colored stones, the walkway through the rocky cliffs, and Montserrat. Was the town built into the rocks? It looks like it. . And I ageee, nothing can beat the serene moments with our loved ones.
I think that the town was built on the rocks…and it looks perfect! Thanks Donna for the lovely comment, Donna. ❤️

Thanks a lot John.
These are all wonderful, Teresa, but I have a special place in my heart for the Swiss Alps, having worked one winter in Grindelwald way “back in the day.”
Swiss alps… what a great scenery.
