During the release of the 2021 American epic science fiction film, Dune, 10 artists created a gigantic mural over the whole of Caledonian Laneway in Melbourne. It was done in 6 weeks and used about 1000 litres of paint.
Painted over brick walls, warehouse windows and back doors, is this one massive art mural. You can’t help but notic

Goodness, someone was impressed with the film! Have you seen it? I haven’t. Excellent murals though.
Nope, not into sci-fi but my son and husband did and they liked it
Wow, what a beautiful mural. Someone was clearly impressed by the movie. I saw a mural dedicated to a tv show in Northern Ireland’s city Derry. The mural features the popular cast of Derry Girls, a comedy series that follows a group of five high school students navigating adolescence in the early-1990s, amid The Troubles in Northern Ireland.
That’s amazing, a real labour of love! Thanks for sharing it 😊
I think it has been there since 2021 when the Movie was released…well I only happened to see it recently.
I guess people were paid much for it by the movie company. But still a beautiful work of art!
Wow! That is so cool. We named our daughter “Chani” after a character in the books.
That is nice to be named after a character in a famous book.👍🏼
Loving these Teresa, so clever how the artists incorporates windows and doors into the mural
It took the whole street, so they didn’t have any choice but to include the back doors and windows.
Great for a challenge then!
Impressive. 😊
Really is! Thanks!
Impressive! Neat photos. Thank you!
Thanks Ludwig!
