Two doors, a mural and a signage

“Old ways won’t open new doors.” – Anonymous

For this week’s CMMC – May Pick a Topic from my Photo, and Dan’s Thursday Doors Challenge

This is just an amateurish mural that my daughter saw in one of her walks. It also shows a roller door on one side, a wooden door on the other side and some windows on top. On the right hand side is a signage of a No Standing sign which people vandalised with “but takeaway menus make sense”… which I really don’t have a clue what they mean.

Thanks, I wonder who did it. Just looks like a local backyard artist.

I had to look twice to see the mural. At first, I thought it was part of the landscape. This is a very interesting photograph

Thanks Cee. This photo was sent to me by my daughter while she went for a walk a few months ago. I didn’t know then how to make use of it. So now, there you go…

All good. I have never seen a no standing sign before. What is that all about?

    1. Teresa says:

Oh yeah… The very first time that we arrived in Melbourne, that was a sign that was explained to us. “No Stopping signs mean you cannot stop for any reason or any length of time.”

      1. scooj says:

Wow. Cars or pedestrians or both?

        1. Teresa says:

Haha pedestrian is the first thought but no it is “no standing” for cars.

    2. Teresa says:

I don’t think there is any other country with that S*^# sign haha
