Ah, to be young again! Running freely, without a care in the world. Exploring the world with wide-eyed wonder, filled with endless curiosity and excitement.
I have three nieces, Korina, Ella, and Franceska. They each have two kids. I enjoy birthdays and special occasions because that’s when I get to see my grandkids and hear their laughter, screams, and cries. Sometimes, though, it gets a bit too loud when they all talk, scream, and cry at the same time!
Meet Alex, the eldest of the group. He’s a bright kid, and being about five years older than the next one, he’s like the beloved big brother to the little ones. He’s got his own style; he’s not a fan of cutting his hair, but that’s just what makes him Alex.
Following Alex, we have Mila and Henryk, who are only a few months apart.
Mila takes her role as a big sister to Remy seriously, so she often shows a level of maturity beyond her years.
Henryk, the younger sibling of Alex, is quite reserved. He prefers solitary activities and tends to be on the shy side, content with doing things independently.
This is Remy, Mila’s younger brother. He loves his food.
Meet Lucy, who is so sweet and friendly and very intelligent too.
And this is the latest addition to the family, Marion. Awww She is the baby sister of Lucy.

You have captured their personalities so well
Thanks, glad I did.
Beautiful portraits, Teresa.
This is a great age for kids, a joy for them to be around.
I know. There will come a time when they will have a world all their own which doesn’t include the grandmas. haha
Lovely portraits Teresa 😊
Thanks so much Brian.
A beautiful ode to the joy of children, ESPECIALLY grandchildren!! They will ALWAYS have room for grandmas like you, and one day will treasure the images you’ve taken of them as little ones. A beautiful post, thanks so much for sharing them with us!
Thanks so much Tina. I enjoyed taking them and nowadays I think the children are used to getting their photographs taken unlike during our time.
Sweeeeet! Kids are the best. I think Marion is saying: “I’M NOT READY FOR MY CLOSEUP!!!”
Thanks John… Pretty much she must be saying that or in simple terms “Leave me alone!”
Teresa, what a lovely photo! The expressions, smiles, and cry are so genuine and innocent. I liked the post and photos.
Awww you made me smile with your comment. Glad you liked the images.
I just want to squeeze Lucys’ cute cheeks, but they are all adorable. I love that you brought us your family, Teresa. congrats on Marion. Nothing like a baby to cuddle, even when they cry.
Haha thanks Donna, she is too loveable. Thanks for your wonderful comment.
So many sweeties – thank you for giving us a taste of your family!
My pleasure. ❤️ i always love sharing a bit of my family in my posts.
